Design and implementation of a comprehensive technological infrastructure for the largest hotel in south-eastern Venezuela (319 rooms, event rooms, restaurants, bars, gym and common areas). The project included a high-performance LAN network and a state-of-the-art video surveillance system, responding to the need to modernise the complex’s connectivity and security.
Role and Contributions
Full project management: planning, budgeting, risk management, and technical supervision.
Network architecture design with MikroTik routers, Cisco/Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi switches, structured cabling and fibre optics.
Implementation of high-density Wi-Fi with full coverage in rooms, common areas, and event halls.
Design and deployment of a CCTV system with more than 150 HD/IP cameras, integrated into a centralised VMS.
Training hotel staff in the management and operation of the new systems.
